1. Order Policy

• All products are made-to-order and require advance booking.
• Once an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of ingredients, booking capacity, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Customization

• Custom designs (cakes, baskets, etc.) are based on the details provided by the customer.
• While we do our best to match your requests, minor differences may occur in color, size, or decoration due to the handmade nature of our items.

3. Payments

• Full or half payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
• Payment options will be shared through Website, WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• We currently offer pickup from Gujranwala (location shared on confirmation).
• Delivery may be available within specific areas upon request, with applicable charges.
• Once the order is picked up or delivered, FJ Bakes is not responsible for any damage caused in transit or after handling.

5. No Returns or Refunds

• Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
• Please double-check your order details and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

6. Allergies & Ingredients

• Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing the order.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, including product photos, designs, and branding, belongs to FJ Bakes and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Right to Refuse

• FJ Bakes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, especially in cases of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or unrealistic expectations.
